Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Biotinylated Human TRAIL R1/DR4/TNFRSF10A protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 24.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-30 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human TRAIL protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate.
